Hello there

As may have become apparent (when it takes me a year and a half to update a journal for example) I'm not exactly active on Deviantart at the moment, and in all probability it's going to remain that way for a while.

I had just wrote out a rather depressing sounding journal entry listing all the reasons why it's unlikely that I'll be posting much of anything in the near future. And as well as sounding boring it also sounded a load of rubbish too. I'm not posting anything because I'm not *doing* anything is the bottom line. At the moment writing outside of an essay context isn't my prime motivation, although it's difficult to keep on reading everybody elses' works of literature in class and not feel inspired to write some of my own.

I would like to get back into writing as I really do enjoy it and who knows, the start of the second year of uni could be the herald of something new. But at the moment I'm pretty dormant, and I'm posting this as a blanket journal piece in case anyone looking at the profile gets confused (and to get Dan to stop nagging about it ) But who knows, this could be a Vesuvius sort of dormancy, we live in hope
